A trailing succulent with delicate heart-shaped leaves in shades of pink, white and green producing tubular white and magenta flowers. This plant is perfect for hanging baskets as they can trail up to a meter long.

Feed every four waters during the growing period and every six in the autumn and winter, soil should be well drained.
