North Island delivery fee - $12.00 - $25.00

North Island Rural delivery fee - $16.50 - $29.50

 

South Island delivery fee - $18.00 - $31.00

South Island Rural delivery fee - $22.50 -$35.50

 

Auckland furniture delivery fee - $100

upon ordering if your order increases in Kg and the price exceeds what you paid we will email you to notify you, you can wish to cancel your order or pay the difference 

 

Dispatch days

For orders outside of Auckland, we dispatch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. This is to ensure your order does not get held up at the depot over the weekend and arrives to you safe and healthy.

For orders within Auckland, we dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday. However you have the option to Click and Collect from our Silverdale location. For more information on this, please see Click and Collect below. 

We do not dispatch orders on Fridays. 

Click and Collect

You can Click and Collect your order from our Silverdale location from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday, unfortunately we are not open during the weekend therefore we cant allow pick ups during this time. Once you have been notified that your order is ready to be collected Please reply to confirm a pick up date and time. Please bring your order confirmation with you and one of our team will be able to assist you.
